Ticket And Ticket Upgrades

All Ryder Cup Travel Services packages include standard entry tickets which allow access to the course to experience The 2008 Ryder Cup at Valhalla. Those on either a 5 or 9 night package will receive tickets allowing access to the final practice day, opening ceremony, the three exciting match days and the closing ceremony. Additional tickets not covered in your package can be purchased upon request, subject to availability.

Standard Season Tickets can be upgraded (subject to availability) to International Pavilion Tickets at an
additional supplement.

Your Ryder Cup Gift

As part of your travel package, Ryder Cup Travel Services has compiled a range of golf/leisure equipment commissioned exclusively for its clients. This exclusive event branded merchandise will not be available through any other outlet and represents the very finest ranges sourced from only official Ryder Cup licensees and suppliers.

You will be able to view the range and once you have completed the payment for your Ryder Cup Travel Services package, you will be issued a password to enter into the transaction area of the site where you can select the gift of your choice and required size. Should you not have access to the internet, an order form will be sent to you to assist in your selection.

Your Invitation to the Celebration Evening

The Ryder Cup is going to be a real knockout so where better to hold a Celebration Evening than at the Muhammad Ali Centre, named after the man widely regarded as the finest boxer of all time. The Centre is an international cultural and education venue inspired by the ideals of Ali himself. The experience for visitors is by no means traditional with an orientation theatre, media stations, interactive exhibits, educational programmes and distance learning. Much more than a tale of one man’s journey, the Ali Centre has reached four walls to promote respect, hope and understanding and motivate visitors to pursue their own paths to greatness. RCTS will host, in conjunction with Ryder Cup Wales 2010 and the Welsh Assembly Government, an evening of fine food and entertainment at this special venue.

Hospitality

The 2008 Ryder Cup offers Corporate Hospitality Tables to accommodate ten people each day. These tables are located in the Champions Club on the grounds of Valhalla. The Champions Club is a specially-reserved, climate-controlled facility with convenient access to The Ryder Cup action.

Corporate Tables in the Champions Club
The Champions Club is an exclusive climate-controlled pavilion, completely furnished, featuring multiple television monitors, scrumptious breakfast and lunch buffets, snacks, desserts, and an open bar with premium liquors. Limited preferred parking is also included with each Champions Club package, as well as floral centrepieces and linens, your company’s name on signage at the Champions Club entrance and on the table, premium restrooms for Champion Club patrons, Ryder Cup Journals and pairing sheets delivered to your table, and the opportunity to purchase dual-branded merchandise using the Ryder Cup logo and your company’s logo.

A table in the Champions Club includes ten guest tickets and one administrator/staff ticket for each day (Wednesday through Sunday) at your reserved table, along with access to the event grounds. The price is $55,000 plus tax at 15%. Multiple tables may be purchased. This venue provides great opportunities to meet with clients one-on-one or network with other corporate guests in an energised setting. This private club is conveniently located on-site by Valhalla Golf Club’s seventh hole.
